The request has been resolved positively!
The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan received a complaint from a resident of the village of Vysoka Gora, Ms. N. The complainant described the difficulties faced by families living in the Atmosfera residential complex. Due to the lack of a school bus driver, children were unable to get to school, and construction of a road directly connecting the residential complex to the educational institution was delayed.
Considering these arguments and in order to protect children's rights to an accessible education, I contacted the Executive Committee of the Vysokogorsky Municipal District with a request to review the issue and take the necessary measures.
Following the completed work, all necessary measures were taken. A school bus route was approved: Vysokogorskaya Secondary School No. 6 named after Kh. Gabashi - Atmosfera residential complex - Vysokogorskaya Secondary School No. 6 named after Kh. Gabashi. Today, the bus runs regularly along the route, providing children with a safe and comfortable journey to and from school.
