A Chistopol resident, Mr. I., contacted us regarding assistance in providing his family with temporary housing as fire victims.
The family had previously been offered housing without a centralized sewerage system or hot water supply, making it untenable under current conditions.
To protect the applicant's rights, we contacted the Executive Committee of the Chistopol Municipal District with a request to reconsider the issue and take measures to provide the family with housing that meets sanitary and technical requirements.
As a result of this work, the Executive Committee prepared a local cost estimate for installing a drainage system in the previously allocated premises. Funding sources have been identified, a contract is scheduled for signing, and the work is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of this year.
Until these measures are completed, the family has been offered a comfortable one-bedroom apartment for occupancy.
