Kazan resident K. contacted the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding the lack of a bus shelter near his building at 51 Adoratskogo Street.

The citizen had previously submitted a notification through the Tatarstan SIS RT "Public Control," but the issue remained unresolved for a long time.

To protect the applicant's rights, we contacted the Administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky Districts. Based on the results of the work carried out, the installation of a bus shelter was included in the overhaul plan for Vorovskogo Street, and the shelter has now been installed.
