We closely monitor notifications received from citizens through the SIS RT "Public Control" system and address every single one. It is important to us that every message receives a meaningful response.
Today, we held a meeting in the Arsky District on how to handle citizen notifications received through the SIS RT "Public Control" and the Feedback platform. In 2025, 117 notifications were received from district residents through the Public Control system, and 91 through the Feedback platform.
During the meeting, we reviewed 18 examples of citizen notifications. The most common topics of inquiries included comprehensive landscaping, the development and modernization of playgrounds, outdoor lighting, water conditions, the construction of educational institutions, the maintenance and repair of municipal roads, as well as the repair of asphalt surfaces in residential areas and traffic management.
We discussed problematic issues and outlined future solutions. Responsible officials have been advised to respond more quickly to citizen notifications, improve the quality of their execution, and eliminate a formal approach when handling notifications.
