A positive decision was made on a notification from Kazan residents submitted through the SIS RT "Public Control" in October 2022. Residents requested the installation of illuminated stairs on Universiade Avenue to ensure safe access to grocery stores, public transportation stops, and kindergartens. The lack of lighting and adequate infrastructure made this area unsafe in the evening and difficult to navigate in inclement weather.
Despite the request being held in the SIS RT "Public Control" system for a long time, a result has been achieved: the illuminated stairs have been installed. Residents can now safely navigate this route at any time of day and in any weather conditions.
The SIS RT "Public Control" remains an effective tool for citizen interaction with government authorities. We encourage residents of the Republic to actively use this platform to address issues related to urban improvement and the creation of a comfortable urban environment.
