Migration issues were discussed at a roundtable meeting at the House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan.
A roundtable discussion of current migration issues in the Republic of Tatarstan for the third quarter of 2025 was held at the House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan in Kazan.
During the meeting, we reviewed the migration situation in the republic, discussed offenses committed by foreign citizens, court decisions on administrative deportation from the Russian Federation, and legislative changes affecting the activities of the national and cultural associations of the Assembly of Peoples of Tatarstan.
Special attention was paid to the admission of foreign citizens to general education institutions in the republic. We also discussed the specifics of mandatory medical insurance for foreign citizens in Tatarstan.
For our part, we proposed that the bailiff service organize an on-site reception directly at the Temporary Detention Center for Foreign Citizens. This will help promptly identify individuals willing to use their own financial resources to voluntarily comply with court decisions, thereby simplifying the work of the state.
