A celebratory event was held to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-Russian Society of the Blind.
Albina Alekseeva, Lead Consultant for the Department for Restoring Citizens' Rights at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a celebratory event celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-Russian Society of the Blind.
The anniversary event brought together representatives of public organizations, government agencies, and social institutions. The event included a festive concert, as well as the presentation of letters of gratitude and commemorative statues.
