Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control" staff from the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received daily.
Over the past week, 5,084 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control" of which 1,833 were addressed.
As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:
- A resident of building No. 16A on Surgeon Nechayev Street in Yelabuga requested that a pothole near entrance No. 7 be repaired. The resident reports that the pothole is blocking normal exit from the building and poses a high risk of injury to residents, including a child falling. The Yelabuga District Executive Committee completed work to fill the pothole and concrete it (No. 7155985);
- Within 5 days, the Avtozavodsky District Administration of Naberezhnye Chelny issued a notice regarding the installation of a ramp on Shishkinsky Proyezd Street in Naberezhnye Chelny. The applicant stated that the ramp was necessary to ensure easy access for parents with children in strollers. The applicant expressed gratitude for the resolution of the problem (No. 7146787);
- LLC "UK ZhKH Moskovsky District" issued a notice regarding the installation of an information board and a numbered entrance plate for building No. 20 on Voskhod Street in Kazan (No. 7127007);
- The Bugulma District Executive Committee issued a notice requesting the removal of a stone block from the corner of the roof of a non-residential building on Lenin Street in Bugulma, which overhangs the pedestrian area (No. 7131660);
- As part of the republican program "Our Yard," comprehensive improvement work was completed in the courtyard of Building No. 1 on Solnechnaya Street in Zelenodolsk. This included paving driveways, paving existing sidewalks and creating new ones, installing benches, trash cans, and sports and children's equipment (No. 6377364).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:
- "Comprehensive Landscaping" – 1,304;
- "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" – 1,110;
- "Organization of Outdoor Lighting" – 434;
- "Traffic Management" – 376;
- "Utilities" – 282.
