Recently, we received a request through the ESIS GLONASS+112 system from the wife of a special military operation participant, citizen N., who lives in the city of Zainsk. She expressed a need for firewood for her family.

To protect the applicant's rights, we contacted the head of the Zainsk Municipal District with a request to take prompt action. Citizen N. was promptly provided with assistance in delivering firewood to her home.

Caring for the families of our defenders is one of the top priorities of our work. It is important that the families of special military operation participants feel supported and know that their requests are not ignored.
