Our Office received a complaint from a Kazan resident, Ms. N., regarding a flooded basement in an apartment building on Belomorskaya Street.
To protect the residents' rights, we contacted the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan with a request to conduct an inspection and take measures within their jurisdiction.
As a result of the inspection, the complainant's allegations were confirmed. The management company, the Belomorskoye Homeowners' Association, received an order to correct the identified violations. The Belomorskoye Homeowners' Association board chairman was held administratively liable. As of today, all violations have been corrected.
Thanks to our intervention, the issue was resolved, and the residents' rights have been restored!
