To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control," staff at the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received in the system daily. In addition, citizen messages received through the feedback platform are regularly analyzed, allowing for comprehensive coverage of all digital channels of communication with the public.
Over the past week, 6,042 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control," of which 2,159 were addressed.
As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:
✅ A resident of building No. 2A on Mendeleyev Street in Nizhnekamsk received a notification regarding the need to repair the canopy of entrance No. 14. The applicant reports that the canopy is in disrepair and poses a direct threat to the life and health of the residents. The contractor that carried out the major façade renovation replaced the canopies of all entrances (No. 7051694);
✅ The Mamadysh District Executive Committee carried out façade renovations on building No. 75G on Lenin Street in Mamadysh (No. 6347896);
✅ The Bugulminsky District Executive Committee carried out support replacement work in the Malobugulminskoye Selskoye Settlement (No. 7073422);
✅ The Municipal Autonomous Institution "Department of Development" paved the road on
Griboyedov Street in Almetyevsk. The author reported that heavy construction equipment was used during the construction of the perinatal center, which caused a significant negative impact on the road surface (No. 6934100);
✅ LLC "PKF "Zhilkomservis" has resolved a request for routine repairs in the entrance hall of building No. 7/20 in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6991651).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications to the SIS RT "Public control" in the following categories:
🔹"Comprehensive Landscaping" – 1,604;
🔹"Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" – 1,431;
🔹"Outdoor Lighting" – 518;
🔹"Traffic Management" – 453;
🔹"House Maintenance" – 335.
