Providing assistance to military personnel and their families is one of the key areas of our activity. It is extremely important to ensure their timely protection of rights and access to support measures provided by law.
The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from a resident of the city of Arsk, citizen I. She asked for assistance in receiving a one-time regional payment upon conclusion of a military contract, due to her husband, a serviceman M., who concluded a contract in Nizhny Novgorod.
In order to protect the rights of the applicant, we contacted our colleague - the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. As a result of the joint work, a positive decision was achieved. Thus, a one-time payment of 800,000 rubles, as provided for by the Decree of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region No. 86, was transferred to the serviceman's bank account, as well as an additional payment of 305,000 rubles based on the Decree of the Nizhny Novgorod City Administration No. 4456.
