According to him, after suffering a stroke and several brain surgeries, she needed a consultation with a neurologist at the Nizhnekamsk Central District Hospital, but she was unable to make an appointment on her own.
In order to protect the rights of the applicant's mother, we contacted the chief physician of the Nizhnekamsk Central District Hospital with a request to assist in resolving this issue. Given the health condition of citizen O., we asked to arrange an appointment as soon as possible.
As a result of the work done, the necessary assistance was provided. The hospital staff contacted citizen O. and made an appointment with a neurologist. I am glad that we managed to achieve a positive result.
