Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", employees of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan monitor notifications received in the system on a daily basis.

Since the beginning of July, 7,275 notifications have been published in the system, all necessary measures have been taken for 2,899.

I will give examples of operational decisions taken by responsible executors on notifications received through the SIS RT "Public Control":

✅ Employees of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Vodokanal" decided the issue of restoring the sidewalk on Chishmyale Street in Kazan, according to notification
№ 6904236.

✅ The administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts of Kazan promptly responded to notification № 6932450 about numerous pests on trees on Batyrshina Street in Kazan and carried out sanitary treatment of trees with chemicals;

✅ The Municipal Unitary Enterprise of Naberezhnye Chelny "Avtomobilnykh Dorog" resolved the issue of installing the "Bus Stop" road sign, notification No. 6916511;

✅ The Executive Committee of the Yelabuga Municipal District repaired the sidewalk in the village of Bolshaya Kachka under notification No. 6920645;

✅ The Administration of the Sovetsky District of Kazan, under notification No. 6921614, posted in the SIS RT "Public Control", updated the road markings on the pedestrian crossing on Anas Tazetdinov Street in Kazan.

✅ JSC "Almetyevsk-Vodokanal" restored the sidewalk on Sovetskaya Street in the Ursala microdistrict of Almetyevsk under notification No. 6907073;

✅ The Department of Urban Economy and Life Support of the Population of the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny eliminated the faulty entrance door with an intercom of an apartment building, notification No. 6950662;
Management Company Zhilyo of the city of Nizhnekamsk, under notification No. 6953115, took measures to clear the common corridor from the heap of unused furniture;

✅ Management Company RZhU of the Sovietsky District of the city of Kazan carried out work to replace broken lamps in the entrance of an apartment building, notification
No. 6960726.

Since the beginning of the month, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan have been most active in submitting notifications in the following categories:

🔹 "Improvement and Infrastructure" - 3,590, including within the framework of "Comprehensive Improvement of the Territory" - 2,692; "Housing and public utilities" - 647, of which 436 notifications on the issues of "House maintenance";
🔹 "Roads" - 2,149, including on the issues of:
"Traffic management" - 604,
"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 1,500.
