Citizen A., a disabled person of group III, a single father raising a minor son, contacted our Office. He asked for assistance in finding a job.
In the interests of the citizen, we contacted the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan with the aim of protecting his rights and providing assistance in finding employment for the applicant.
We had a detailed conversation with citizen A., where we found out his life circumstances. Thus, he has a higher education in the specialty of civil engineer, previously worked as a director in a construction company. At the same time, citizen A. is open to considering vacancies that do not require experience, with the possibility of on-the-job training.
Considering that at the time of the appeal, the applicant was not registered in Kazan and was temporarily living in a hotel, he is interested in vacancies with accommodation. His candidacy was approved for the following vacancies:
✔️ in OOO TAIF-NK AZS for the position of leading construction engineer,
✔️ in Passenger Motor Transport Enterprise No. 2 for the vacancy of a mechanic at a checkpoint with a dormitory.
Citizen A. prepared a resume and passed a preliminary interview at OOO TAIF-NK AZS. At the moment, his candidacy is being considered by the organization's management. At the same time, he submitted an application to the Employment Center for the provision of a state support measure to assist citizens in
finding suitable work through the Unified Digital Signature.
