A meeting was held on citizens' appeals related to the disconnection of gas supply in apartment buildings in the Aviastroitelny and Kirovsky districts of Kazan.
The reason for the meeting was numerous complaints from residents. Over the past week alone, I have received more than 30 appeals from citizens reporting the cessation of gas supply to instantaneous water heaters, which has effectively left people without hot water supply. According to the applicants, the reason for the disconnections was the improper condition of the ventilation system and chimneys.
Representatives of the prosecutor's office, the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, local governments, management companies, and the Kazangorgaz Operations and Production Department were invited to the discussion.
During the meeting, we exchanged information, discussed possible ways to resolve the situation, and agreed to work together. The issues outlined remain under my control.
