This allows us to quickly learn about alarming situations that require an urgent response.
Thus, through ESIS GLONASS+112, we received information about citizen G., a seriously ill resident of the Aksubaevsky district. His wife said that he was a cancer patient, all the documents for registration of disability had been collected, but it had not yet been issued. At the same time, the family found itself in an extremely difficult financial situation: the woman was in the hospital, and there were no funds for treatment and the purchase of necessary medications.
We contacted the chief physician of the Aksubaevsky Central District Hospital with a request to provide assistance. As we were informed by the medical institution, the man has been registered with an oncologist since 2024 and has a disability of group 3 indefinitely. After the request was received, a review procedure was initiated - the documents were sent to the Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise and citizen G. was assigned Group 2 disability indefinitely.
