In order to help citizens understand difficult life situations and get clarifications on legal issues, we hold personal receptions for citizens, because this is an opportunity to directly discuss the problem and get qualified help.

Today, a personal reception took place, during which citizens approached me with various questions. Thus, the questions concerned the calculation of pensions by the Social Fund of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, medical care for families with disabled people, problems with the work of Tattelecom, the appointment of benefits, and there were also housing issues.

Each person who contacted us was given explanations. Work on requests continues, we will continue to keep them under control!
