Today I took part in the award ceremony of the winners of the republican competition "Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: a woman's view", which is traditionally held on the eve of International Women's Day.
The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin addressed the laureates with a welcoming speech, congratulating the winners on the upcoming spring holiday.
"A woman is a spouse, mother and grandmother - in the family, the leading role is certainly played by a woman, because all the care for her husband, family, children, grandchildren falls on women's shoulders. - Farid Mukhametshin emphasized, - Your support and cordiality inspire us to noble deeds and good deeds, help us overcome any difficulties. Let it always be so."
It is thanks to the support of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov that the republican competition "Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: a woman's view" is held annually.
155 people became winners in the zonal rounds of the competition. At the final stage, which took place on February 17, 30 winners from 18 municipalities were determined, and 36 volunteer movement activists supporting the participants of the special military operation from 25 municipalities were recognized.
