We continue to support military personnel, mobilized citizens and their families, helping to understand complex legal issues. As part of this work, a telephone hotline was organized in our Office.
❓A total of about 75 requests were received during its operation. Citizens asked questions regarding the fitness category of mobilized personnel, changes in the status of a serviceman, reimbursement of operation costs from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the absence of payments in connection with the death of a serviceman, the burial of a participant in a special military operation, the failure to issue a combat certificate to a participant in a special military operation, the introduction of a law on regional payments to the families of deceased Wagner PMC fighters, establishing the location of missing participants in a special military operation, receiving humanitarian aid due to disability, lump-sum payments, compensation for housing and communal services, assistance in leg prosthetics, passing a military medical commission, and the procedure for registering social services with a social worker.
🙌Each person who applied received assistance and the necessary explanations. We took some of the requests into processing for further work.
Support for military personnel and their families is one of the priority areas of our activity. We understand the difficulties they face and do everything possible to help protect their rights. Work in this direction will continue!
