The School of Legal Knowledge continues to explain important issues for parents of disabled children.

Today, another session of the School of Legal Knowledge for parents of disabled children was held. The topics of discussion were "recognizing a citizen as incompetent" and "the rights and responsibilities of guardians." Such issues are of concern to many parents, because they are directly related to the future of their children and their legal status.

The lecture discussed in detail what legal capacity is, the specifics of the procedure for recognizing a citizen as incompetent or partially incompetent. The procedure for formalizing guardianship over incompetent or partially incompetent citizens was also considered.

The audience asked questions about the documents required to receive benefits, the deadlines for filing applications to the court and guardianship authorities to recognize a citizen as incompetent, as well as the nuances of establishing a disability group.

When people know how to act, they feel more confident. Therefore, we continue to help, explain and make complex things understandable.
