Sometimes people face situations that cannot be resolved without legal assistance. That is why we regularly hold citizen receptions to sort out complex issues and help protect their rights.
Today, together with the head of the State Institution "State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan", we held a citizen reception. Residents of the republic applied on a variety of issues: receiving medical care, pension provision, a conflict situation in the family, a mobilized spouse, disagreement with a court decision, refusal to provide a stenographer in a civil case, road closure due to construction, land issues, social payments and support measures, the work of the SIS RT "Public Control", citizenship issues, and improving housing conditions. Each applicant was provided with the necessary legal assistance and explanations.
Such receptions help not only solve specific problems, but also identify systemic issues that require special attention.
