Today, the final meeting of the State Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The head of the department, Sergey Shashurov, reported a 27% increase in labor law violations over the year. In total, more than 800 violations were identified, most of which concerned labor protection, wages, and standards.
In 2024, 155 inspections were conducted, including 148 on-site and 7 documentary, which is 46% more than in 2023. The inspectorate also organized 67 inspections at the request of the prosecutor's office.
An important part of the meeting was the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between the State Labor Inspectorate and the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan. The agreement was signed by the Chairperson of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan Elena Kuzmicheva and the head of the State Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Shashurov.
