Today, a meeting of the Medical Council was held to summarize the activities of the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2024 and outline the tasks for 2025.

The chief physician of the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital, Airat Ziatdinov, presented a report with the main performance indicators of the hospital. In 2024, more than 45 thousand patients were treated, about 700 thousand people visited the outpatient and polyclinic link. Particular attention was paid to the introduction of new medical technologies, including endovascular surgeries and neurosurgical treatment of spinal injuries. Thanks to the continuation of high-tech medical care for children, it was possible to reduce child mortality. Successes in cardiac surgery, oncohematology and neonatology, as well as the development of telemedicine and 3D modeling were also noted.

The Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marcel Minnullin, highly praised the work of the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital, noting its role as the flagship of children's healthcare in the Republic of Tatarstan. He emphasized the importance of further development of the hospital and the introduction of modern information technologies into medical practice.

Following the meeting, the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital work plan for 2025 was approved. Particular attention will be paid to improving the availability and quality of medical care, introducing new treatment methods and medical technologies, as well as improving the qualifications of medical personnel.
