The winged white leopard on the coat of arms is an ancient image, rooted in the era of Volga Bulgaria. It personifies purity of thoughts, nobility and protection of the native land. Wings with seven feathers reflect the idea of the seven heavenly worlds and spiritual rebirth, and traditional patterns emphasize the connection between generations and our unique culture.
The State Emblem is, above all, a reminder of how important it is to preserve and develop what was passed on to us by our ancestors, to strengthen peace and harmony in society.
