In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.

Over the past week, 3,712 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,384 measures were taken.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:

✅ Management company "Paritet" carried out work on removing snow from the courtyard of residential building No. 21/24 in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6715769);

✅ The Executive Committee of the Vysokogorsky District restored lighting on Sovetskaya Street, Usady village, Vysokogorsky District (No. 6664117);

✅The Nizhnekamsk District Executive Committee repaired the traffic light board at the pedestrian crossing on Khimikov Avenue in Nizhnekamsk (No. 6722033);

✅Management company "Cozy Home" in Kazan painted over graffiti and removed garbage from the entrance group of entrance No. 3 of residential building No. 79 on Marshal Chuikov Street in Kazan (No. 6694722).

The most active notifications from residents of the Republic of Tatarstan over the past week were submitted in the following categories:

📍“Comprehensive improvement of the territory” - 982;

📍“Maintenance of street and road network facilities in winter” - 942;

📍“Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 298;
📍"Organization of outdoor lighting" - 294;

📍"House maintenance" - 266.
