Today I held the first citizen reception this year together with the head of the State Legal Bureau of Tatarstan Mars Fatkullin. Citizens approached us with various questions that concerned the search for a serviceman, resolving land disputes, enforcement proceedings, medical issues, as well as fraud. Each person who contacted us received qualified assistance and advice.
