The appeal was resolved positively!

We received an appeal from citizen A., the spouse of a serviceman who died during a special military operation. The applicant reported that despite submitting all the necessary documents, the one-time cash payment of 2 million rubles to her and two minor children, as provided by law, was not made.

Following the consideration of the appeal and interaction with the interested ministries and departments, the issue was resolved positively. The funds were transferred to citizen A. to the specified bank account, about which she was officially notified.
Work on such appeals is ongoing, and each case is under my control.
