Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the State Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Ombudsman conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system.

Over the past week, 5,017 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,545 actions were taken.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:

The Administration of the Central District of Naberezhnye Chelny performed pothole repair in the courtyard of residential building No. 56/24A in Naberezhnye Chelny

(No. 6444405);

The Administration of the Soviet District of Kazan restored the lighting of entrance No. 3 of residential building No. 4A on Olonetskaya Street in Kazan (No. 6471960);

The Executive Committee of the Vysokogorsky District dismantled the emergency canopy from the building on Pesochnaya Street, Bimeri village, Vysokogorsky District (No. 6502420);

MUE "GUAD" completed work on applying road markings at a pedestrian crossing on Telmana Street in Almetyevsk (No. 6489100).

Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications in the following categories:

"Comprehensive improvement of the territory" - 569;

"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 231;

"Organization of outdoor lighting" - 137;

"Organization of traffic" - 129;

"House maintenance" - 86.
