Work in SIS RT “Public Control” over the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Commissioner conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system.

Over the past week, 4,645 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,469 were acted upon.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS “Public Control" by the responsible executors:

✅ The Committee for External Improvement restored lighting in the underground crosswalk on Yamashev Avenue in Kazan (No. 6458632);

✅ The Nizhnekamsk District Executive Committee installed a small architectural form in the courtyard of residential building No. 5 on Lesnaya Street in Nizhnekamsk (No. 6457871);

✅ The Executive Committee of the Bugulma District mowed grass near kindergarten No. 6 in the town of Bugulma (No. 6457871). Bugulma (No. 6453569);

✅The Administration of the Avtozavodsky District of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny carried out works to renew the road markings of the parking lot in the courtyard of residential building No. 27/25a in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6448194).

Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in submitting notifications in the following categories over the past week:

📍“Complex territory improvement” - 499;

📍“Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 198;

📍 “House maintenance” - 145;

📍 “Organization of outdoor lighting” - 96;

📍 “Organization of road traffic” - 87.
