Commissioner: “We have known Alexander Brod for a long time, our cooperation has been going on for several years. Yesterday, within the framework of his working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan within the walls of the Office of the Commissioner, we discussed the current agenda: issues of national policy of Tatarstan, organization of the past and upcoming elections, re-socialization of convicts in correctional institutions of the Republic.
