Today in our Apparatus on the eve of Children's Day the telephone “hot line” on issues of admission to pre-school educational organizations, schools, specialized secondary and higher educational institutions received calls.
Hotlines on various topics are a constant practice organized by our Apparatus. For the citizens of Tatarstan it is an easy way to contact representatives of ministries and agencies, and for us it is a convenient way to receive information about the problems faced by our citizens. Most of the questions concerned preschool education, especially kindergarten placement, a number of questions related to summer vacations, and there were also questions about changes in higher education programs.
During 4 hours of the hotline, the counselors received more than 30 calls from different parts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
