Visit to the State Autonomous Institution of Health Care "Verkhneuslonskaya Central District Hospital"

In Verkhny Uslon, we visited the "Verkhneuslonskaya Central District Hospital".
Currently, the health care system of Verkhneuslonsky district has a central district hospital with 91 beds, two outpatient clinics, and 50 visits per day. The district employs 28 doctors, 123 middle medical workers and 53 nursing staff.
At the moment the hospital is undergoing renovation works in the inpatient department, which we also visited. As in almost all rural districts, the problem of providing the health care system with qualified personnel, as well as attracting young specialists, including providing them with housing remains.
Separately, the hospital management raised the issues raised by citizens in their appeals: it is the interaction of the institution with insurance organizations, as well as the payment of non-medical staff.
