Work in SIS RT “Public Control” during the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, the staff of the Office of the Commissioner monitors notifications received in the system on a daily basis.

Over the past week, 4,546 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,718 were acted upon.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS “Public Control” by responsible executors:

✅ The Leninogorsk District Executive Committee mowed grass on Tolstoy Street (No. 6284497);

✅ The homeowners' association “Cheremshan” repaired the canopy over the entrance of residential building No. 3 on Tatarstan Street in the village of Tatarstan. Cheremshan
(№ 6285441);

✅ The management company LLC MC “Neftyanik” cleaned the porch of residential building No. 22 on Lenin Street in Bugulma (No. 6287450);

✅ The administration of the Avtozavodsky district of Naberezhnye Chelny dismantled a cabin and removed garbage on Tsvetochny Boulevard
(№ 6283869).

Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in submitting notifications in the following categories over the past week:

📍“Complex territory improvement” - 476;

📍“Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 244;

📍 “House maintenance” - 87;

📍 “Organization of road traffic” - 76;

📍 “Organization of outdoor lighting” - 55.
