Personal reception of citizens
Despite the wide list of tasks, the main thing for us remains personal meetings with applicants. For the most detailed study of problems and their effective resolution, it is necessary to meet with citizens in person.
So, today we had another reception of citizens in our Office. I received 10 Tatarstan citizens, each of whom had his own story and his own problem.
Basically, the questions were related to the housing and communal sphere, some of the questions from family members of servicemen. These are the questions that leave wounds on your heart, because you feel this pain together with the families of these soldiers.
