How can convicts get legal support? Apply to the day of legal aid!

Today the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan held a day of legal assistance to convicts held in FGI PC-10, Detention Center-3 of the DFPS of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan in the format of videoconference together with representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.

We were addressed on the issues of release from serving a sentence of imprisonment, the court's consideration of circumstances characterizing the behavior of the convicted person and the possibility of removing previously imposed penalties.

We jointly provided explanations to each applicant in accordance with the current legislation.
