Meeting of the Project Office of the Regional Management Center in the Republic of Tatarstan
Today we held a meeting of the Project Office of the Regional Management Center in the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue of consideration of citizens' messages received in SIS RT “Public Control” and through the Feedback Platform of FSIS “Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)” based on the results of the 1st quarter of 2024.
A total of 28,114 notifications (21,000 solved) have already been published in GIS RT “Public Control” in the first quarter of this year, which is 5% more compared to the same period of 2023 - 26,662. The Feedback platform received 19,466 messages (appeals) from citizens. Compared to the previous year, the number of messages increased by 65% (in 2023 for the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.03.2023 the Feedback platform received 12,675 messages), which indicates the demand for the system.
Special attention of responsible executors was paid to placement of detailed and correct answers to the questions posed and timely solution of citizens' problems, which can increase the level of satisfaction of the population.
