Work with SIS RT “Public Control” for the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Commissioner monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.

Over the past week, 4,724 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,243 were acted upon. Traditionally, we tell about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS “Public Control” by responsible executors in municipalities:

✅ The organization “Drozhzhzhanovskiye Electric Networks” carried out cutting of trees located in the protection zone of power lines in the village of Chuvashskoye Drozhzhzhanoye (No. 6202776);

✅ The municipal unitary enterprise “Park of Culture and Recreation” in Naberezhnye Chelny carried out tree planting works on Druzhby Narodov Avenue (No. 6194917);

✅ The Executive Committee of the Vysokogorsky District cleared debris from the roadside in the settlement of Berezovka (No. 6196691);

✅The administration of the Avtozavodsky district of Naberezhnye Chelny painted the railings near residential building No. 46/05 (No. 6220910).

Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in the past week in submitting notifications in the following categories:

📍“Complex territory improvement” - 810;
📍 “Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 403;
📍 “Organization of road traffic” - 113;
📍 “Organization of outdoor lighting” - 99;
📍 “House maintenance” - 79.
