Tukhvatullin Rauf Ibragimovich Tukhvatullin, the oldest voter of the Buinsky Municipal District, a participant of the World War II, born in 1920, came to the polling station and voted for one of the candidates for the President of the Russian Federation.

Voting of elderly voters is under special control of members of election commissions. They are always ready to come to each of them at home. However, Raif Ibragimovich fulfilled his civic duty and came to the polling station himself!
