Today I am taking part in Russian President Vladimir Putin's address to the Federal Assembly. According to the Constitution, the President addresses the Federal Assembly with annual messages on the situation in the country, as well as on the main directions of the state's domestic and foreign policy. This is the 19th address of the head of state to the legislators.

Traditionally, the content of the head of state's address is kept secret until the last moment.
