Work in SIS RT “Public Control” for the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “ Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Commissioner monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.

Over the past week, 7,347 notifications were published in the system, of which 2,417 were acted upon.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS “ Public Control” by responsible executors in municipalities:

✅ The Executive Committee of Vysokogorsky District closed a sewage manhole at the end of Victory Park (No. 6049340);

✅ The Executive Committee of the Leninogorsk raion carried out works on cleaning the site of solid waste disposal (No. 6092575);

✅ The administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts of Kazan removed ice from the roof of a building (No. 6079017);

✅The Executive Committee of the Alekseevsky District in the Romodanovskoye Rural Settlement replaced a street lamp (No. 6098643).

Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in the past week in submitting notifications in the following categories:

📍“Complex territory improvement” - 1,214;
📍 “Organization of outdoor lighting” - 199;
📍 “House maintenance” - 301;
📍 “Organization of road traffic” - 106;
📍 “Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 78.
