Legislative and law enforcement activities for the protection of citizens' rights
It is time to take stock of the preliminary results of the year, and today we want to share with you the results of legislative and law enforcement activities in the field of protection of citizens' rights.
The Commissioner has voiced his vision of legal decisions on a number of topical issues with the participation of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Committee on Law and Order. Attended 17 meetings of the Committee, which considered 82 issues, 14 monitoring issues, adopted 74 decisions and 9 conclusions.
The main source of information from which the Ombudsman learns about problems in the normative regulation of the rights and freedoms of citizens is communications that allow the formulation and initiation of initiatives to improve human rights legislation. Such proposals were addressed to the Federal Ombudsman, the Committees of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and directly to the deputies of the State Duma.
Introduction of socio-psychological and pedagogical expertise of children’s toys;
The possibility for guardians, adoptive parents to work remotely or on a part-time basis, while reserving the right to payment of 10,000 and 1,200 roubles;
Consideration of the possibility of adopting legislative acts establishing the procedure for exercising the right of teachers to provide housing under social employment contracts;
Questions have been raised with regard to the retention of the right to pension supplements for students in receipt of disability or survivors' pensions.
