Results of the project «Here are waiting»
Today the employee of the Office of the Commissioner took part in the round table organized by ABNO «New Age», where the results of the project «Here are waiting» were summed up.
«Waiting here» is a social project to support women from among the IDPs from the territory of Ukraine and the DPR with the participation of the Ombudsman in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the round table the project team presented their undoubtedly important experience in the format of a video film. The results of the work cause a sense of pride for the warmth received by Tatarstan women. Assistance was provided in two areas: in-house consultations by specialists in temporary accommodation centres on social and legal issues; and psycho-emotional support training.
The heroines of the project shared at the round table the most intimate - their stories about small victories. Such feedback makes it clear that all the efforts made were not in vain. At the end of the round table heroines of the project were awarded with letters of thanks from ABNO «New Age».
