Round table on interaction between citizens and executive authorities
Today, on behalf of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, an employee of the Apparatus of Stepanova Elena took part in a round table devoted to the issues of interaction between citizens and executive authorities, held in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The organizers of the expanded session of the faction are the deputies of the CPRF faction in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was attended by deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, deputies of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of ministries and departments, representatives of public organizations and citizens' initiative groups. As part of the round table the issues of the need to introduce the concept of «client orientation» into the practice of state authorities and the exclusion of a formal approach when considering citizens' appeals were noted.
They discussed the measures taken by the executive and municipal authorities to establish effective cooperation with the population in the implementation of their tasks.
