Today, in order to verify the arguments of a citizen who applied for a personal visit on the issue of providing proper medical care to her spouse, the head of the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan Stepanova Elena visited the FCA SIZO2 UFCIN Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan (t. Kazan).
The purpose of the inspection was also to examine the conditions of detention of suspected (accused) women in terms of their rights and legal interests.
