Grand Dispatch to the Southern Military District
Today at the Team Point of the Republic of Tatarstan during the meeting-concert I greeted the conscripts going to service in the Southern military district as part of the military echelon, which decreases from Kazan tomorrow.
The boys have a long way and a service path of one year. Of course, it will not be easy, but it will certainly give an invaluable experience, strong friendship and combat comrades. I am sure that the Tatars will return even more mature, confident in themselves, will become worthy defenders of the Fatherland.
Let me remind you that, together with the Military Commissariat of the Republic of Tatarstan, we are carrying out systematic work on observance of the rights of conscripts of the republic, including escorting military teams with young recruits to places of service and visiting military units to study the living conditions of servicemen from Tatarstan.
My public aide, Rafis Gazizov, will travel with the conscripts tomorrow to meet each of them personally. In case of any questions the children will have the opportunity to address him.
