Workshop at «City Clinical Hospital №12»
Today held a workshop with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Health Department of Kazan, the Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan in GAUZ «City Clinical Hospital 12»which drew attention to communications and communications
in the state information system of the Republic of Tatarstan «People’s control», the system of EGS «GLONASS+112», as well as reviews
on social networks about the work of the institution.
During the visit to the medical institution and following the consideration of citizens' communications, recommended to study and decide more closely the notifications, to post comments with detailed explanation
to the questions posed by citizens, as well as to monitor social networks for negative comments in order to eliminate these shortcomings
and preventing negative feedback. In addition, I recommended that the management of the institution conduct a discussion with the medical staff on the observance of the principles of ethics and deontology for patients.
