Social security issues (pensions, benefits and social benefits) were discussed today at the regular class of the School of Legal Knowledge, organized monthly by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Tatarstan branch of the «Union of Retired Russian People».
The Deputy Manager of the Department of the Social Fund of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan Elena Polyakova and the Deputy Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalia Butaeva made a report for the students studying at the third age university.
Olena Polyakova gave a detailed account of the pension legislation in force, discussed the indicators that determine the timely allocation of pensions, the normative legal acts governing the allocation of insurance or social pensions, and other concepts that need to be known within the topic of pensions.
Natalia Butaeva told the trainees about various social support measures provided in the republic, including the payment of housing and communal services, measures to support certain categories of citizens, including families with children, Large families, CBO participants and their family members, etc.
