Day of Legal Assistance in the Mode of Videoconference with Persons Detained in the FCU IK-8, SIZO-5 UFSIN of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, Saria Saburskaya spent the Legal Aid Day in the mode of videoconference with persons detained in the FKU IK-8, SIZO-5 UFCIN Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The applications concerned various areas of life: citizenship of the Russian Federation, a change in the type of correctional facility, leave to leave places of detention and the legalization of residence in the Russian Federation.

For each appeal, we provided clarifications and recommendations for further action.
