Congratulations to the Commissioner on the 74th anniversary of the establishment of the PRC

Russia and China are good friends and reliable partners in many fields. We can only admire the rapid and comprehensive development of partnership between our countries, and in particular with our republic.

On 1 October 1949, a new sovereign State, the People’s Democratic Republic of China, appeared on the political map of the world, showing the world, over the years, incredible possibilities for the evolution and development of various industries. This country clearly demonstrates to the whole world the laconic symbiosis of the oldest great culture and the unimaginable possibilities of technological progress.

Thus, at the invitation of the Consul General of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to Kazan, Mr. Xiang Bo and his wife, I attended the celebration of the 74th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China. This wonderful holiday was filled with heartfelt congratulations and heartfelt wishes. The atmosphere of the dinner fully confirmed the relations between China and Russia - friendly and warm. After our close and effective cooperation in the preparations for the events and the meeting of the distinguished delegation from China, I was particularly pleased to meet again and to offer my congratulations.

I can safely say that our cordial and friendly relationship has begun recently, but will continue for many years.
